“Life force is essential to physical life. This life force has been called by various names: prana, ruah, chi, manna, and many other names.

Rapid healing is brought about by increasing the life force or pranic energy level of the affected part or the whole body.”

Guruji Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of modern Pranic Healing

WHAT IS PRANIC HEALING ?

Pranic Healing is an energy-based healing system that uses Prana to cause good health and wellness. It was taught to the world by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.

It works on the body’s energy system (aura, chakras, meridians) to heal physical, emotional, and mental health issues. It follows a scientific, non-mystical approach, where there is no place for blind beliefs or superstition.

Proper application of the concepts and techniques leads to improved holistic wellness - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. Even relationships, prosperity, success at work, academic performance is found to improve by proper application of PH methods.

Pranic Healing is not restricted to just healing, but also offers a secular approach to spirituality. It encompasses spiritual concepts and techniques grounded in ancient universal truths. It is popularly called “a bridge to spirituality”.

One major difference between Pranic Healing and other energy healing modalities is the scientific approach integrated into PH. Since Guruji Master Choa Kok Sui was an engineer himself, he emphasised and encouraged a non-mystical and rational approach to the subject. The PH community regularly conducts research projects, and an ever-increasing number of published papers are available online. Click here to view some of the research available.

WHAT  IS PRANA ?

Every living organism is “alive” until it has Prana. Prana is that metaphysical force or energy that causes and supports life. Every human body is immersed in a tank of Prana, which inter-penetrates the physical body - this is commonly referred to as “the aura”. This is nothing but the radiatory field composed of Prana.

Many ancient civilisations have known of Prana, and have used different terms. In ancient India, the term used is Prana. The “aura” is called Pranamayakosha in ancient Indian texts.

Until the Prana flows regularly & smoothly, we have good health, vitality, stamina, good immunity, etc.  When there are blockages in the aura, or, the Prana doesn’t flow properly, it leads to disease.

When Prana exits the physical body, death occurs.

In a similar way, mental and emotional health, relationships, prosperity and all aspects of our lives are dependent on the quantity and quality of Prana in our system.
